The township of Raymond Terrace is located at the junction of the Hunter and Williams Rivers and is a 30-minute drive north of Newcastle on the Pacific Highway.  It is the administration centre for Port Stephens Council.

The club holds its meetings at the Raymond Terrace Bowling Club.  Turn at the traffic lights in Adelaide Street and Glenelg Street intersection where there is a Caltex service station.  Go through one small roundabout.  At the second roundabout, turn left at Jacaranda Avenue.  The Bowling club is on your right.
The meeting room is on the ground floor just inside the entrance on your right opposite the administration office.
